Netgear - I called with a simple question about changing my wi fi.

After asking a question about changing the wi fi channel, my wi fi was turned off. Netgear wanted 150 dollars to turn it back on. I still have no idea what happened, what a scam. I was forced to work with a tech at what cost I have no idea. This was one of the most frustrating experiences of my life.

Netgear - Horrible customer service 4 hours nothing resolved

Bought a r6900 router stopped connecting to internet after 4 months called tech support waited patiently for 4 hours and they were about to send me a replacement and they hung up what a coincidence see i i call back and they want me to go through that whole 4 hrs session again piece of garbage *** company

Netgear divice a useless router

I bought Netgear router by seeing reviews. It’s very bad died on 7-8 months when I have Belkin running still nod it’s 9 years. Also expensive but bad product. It’s under warranty but guy was trapping for software related issue. When I replace it with other Divice and my internet works fine. Why don’t you take back this and replace it. They said NO. I would say NO NO to this and would give no STAR
