Yes there is a problem I bought this on recommendation only to find out I have to spend another 100 to have firewall removed this is a rip off im disabled 63 year Don t have extra to waste I will be informing everyone I can of this practice

It’s so bad don’t buy this horrible wifi

fast and flawless internet shut up net gear. my wifi goes out 4 times a day and wont turn back on for 45 minutes after i restarted the router. horrible support, you have to create an account online which you need guess what, wifi to even access so dont buy this wifi cause youll never get online with this thing. also just an fyi they stop working after like 2 years so get anything else other than this thing.

?Overcharging STILL DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY CHARGED MY CARD AGAIN AFTER I HAD ALREADY PAID THEM AND NO RESPONSE DROM THEM THOUGHT THIS WAS A GREAT COMPANY???

Phone call message on my cell phone with a number and name of real person to call back otherwise I will think it is a cold call or fraud hopefully we can work this out as I want to buy extenders for my vehicle

Modem is not working

Waited for almost 30 mins to talk to agent but he hang phone while talking, not fully cooperative, It is jist wasteof my time.

Router issue

It locked out all my passwords. I tried to restore factory settings. It failed. My model number is WNDR4300V2. I tried the 10 second reset feature, and it would not let me in on: admin / password. What can I do next?

Threatening phone call

We were told the software had issues- he got into our laptop and our bankaccount. He demanded for us to give him our bank log for a refund when we refused he locked my computer and he told me that he would ruin my computer so that I wouldnt be able to use it unless we gave him our bank log in and that he was going to bill us 2000.00 for refusing this refund. Horrible experience I will tell everyone I know what happened and we reported this to the FTC

The tech person from India trying to sell 1 time fee for basic setup. I just bought a new router and it need to be enabled.

Because of this poor customer service, I am really fed up with Netgear. Planning to return.

Cant log in w nighthawk app

hey, my friend used his email on my nighthawk router and emailed y'all back to switch to mine so its on mine now. The issue is I am trying to reset my password to log into the nighthawk app but ti won't let me. I tried resetting the password and I used the code to reset it but every time is says "account locked".. so I'm putting the write codes in but it won't let me pass thru. pls help . thanks my Email is chelzeareardon@***.com

They make it Impossible to reach customer service

They make it Impossible to reach customer service and they put up so many barriers that you just have to give up or sacrifice your week trying to sort things out. Like this review. They make you write at length and waste your time or they wont publish a review.
