Netgear divice a useless router

I bought Netgear router by seeing reviews. It’s very bad died on 7-8 months when I have Belkin running still nod it’s 9 years. Also expensive but bad product. It’s under warranty but guy was trapping for software related issue. When I replace it with other Divice and my internet works fine. Why don’t you take back this and replace it. They said NO. I would say NO NO to this and would give no STAR
