I bought a basic WiFi Range Extender from Netgear. Their instructions to connect to my computer were wrong from the start.

There was NO "Startup Button" on which to "click" (page 8 of instructions) from their website listed. There was NO phone number or web chat so I could contact someone to help me. Only now am I seeing I was not the only person to have this trouble. I'm glad I could not contact someone from Netgear.

It sounds like I would have been insulted. If enough of us DO NOT buy their products or return them I hope they go out of business.
