Avoid these products like the plague, the customer support is awful, if your product is still in warranty, return the thing.
Get something less *** awful. The story ends with the *** constantly asking for proof of purchase, wherein I just want to know why my product, claimed to have a throughput of 500Mb/s, can't even handle 50Mb/s through a fake wall I built (to reduce the chance of it being my home wiring) It literally had exactly 3 inches of copper to pass through, this amount of latency is *** abhorrent.
