Yesterday i had a problem with net gear router.The model was (WNDR4500v3).
I had to turn it off for 10 minutes and when was back on i came kinda crazy. Somehow the configuration changed and it was blocking mos websites on my wireless devices. So i contacted costumer support to find out that i no longer have support available, and would have to pay 40 and something dollar in order to get it fixed. I must confess, i felt outraged, cause i payed good money for this router and now i have to pay for costumer service?

Very disappointed as a costumer.Never will buy netgear again nor recommend to no one.
This person wrote the review because of poor customer service of netgear wndr4500v3 router from Netgear. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $100 and wants Netgear to offer any options to resolve the issue.
The most disappointing in user's experience was poor costumer services. Author liked the most product when it works. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
