Terrible product. 2 out of 3 cameras went bad after a week.

Rcv'd 2 replacements then 1 of them went bad. Difficult to reach good customer service or tech support. I have spent hrs. on phone, chat and re-installation.

Calling the CA. tech support no. only gets me to the Philippines. I would never buy any Netgear product after this experience.

I have provided screen shots of camera taking pictures in pink. No explanation only an offer to send me a REFURBISHED replacement.

Product now 3 weeks old. At this point after going up and down ladders, shipping back defective product by FedEx, which is not convenient for me having been in (tech co.) business and worked for large Japanese tech companies, I would send me a whole new system.

Product or Service Mentioned: Arlo Security System.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: a refund and repurchase means take everything down and start again. Send me new units and extra cameras.

I didn't like: Product quality or service, Offshore support.
