Calling for customer support was horrible!!!! I wanted to get a gun go to India and shoot the rep helping me I was so frustrated!!!!! I was on the phone for 49 minutes before I could get her to understand the problem, then she tells me I have to pay to get help. From now on companies that outsource product support to India I'm boycotting!!!! I've had it!!!!

Paid the 150 usd for support and they Ruined my computer. Computer useless. Customer service useless. They kept putting me on hold. Spent hours on phone with them. Not only am I out the time and money, I now need a new computer. Never buy Netgear again. Nightmare.
